Herniated & Bulging Discs

When the soft inner material of a spinal disc pushes through its outer layer, it can press on nearby nerves and cause significant pain. Decompression gently creates negative pressure inside the disc, helping draw the bulging material back into place and taking pressure off the nerve.

Degenerative Disc Disease

As discs lose hydration and height over time, they cushion the spine less effectively. Decompression therapy helps improve the flow of water, oxygen and nutrients into the disc, supporting the body's natural healing process.

Sciatica

Pain, numbness or tingling that radiates from the lower back down the leg is often caused by a disc pressing on the sciatic nerve. By relieving that pressure at its source, decompression can bring meaningful relief.

Posterior Facet Syndrome

The small joints at the back of the spine can become irritated and painful, especially with disc height loss. Gentle decompression unloads these joints and restores more comfortable movement.

Spinal Stenosis

A narrowing of the spinal canal can crowd the nerves. For appropriately selected patients, decompression may help create more space and reduce symptoms, depending on the location and cause.

Pinched Nerves

Disc problems and other spinal conditions can pinch a nerve, causing pain, numbness, tingling or weakness in the arms or legs. Decompression targets the underlying pressure on the nerve.

Chronic Neck & Low Back Pain

Whether your pain is acute or has lasted for years, decompression offers a non-surgical option when rest, medication and other care haven't brought lasting relief.
